Payment must be done before collecting repaired item. Strictly CASH or EFT.

I accept the Repair & Service Waiver stated below:
REPAIR & SERVICE WAIVERauthorize Hoets and Associates technician(s) to perform work on my computer. I understand that Hoets and Associates is not an authorized service dealer. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Hoets and Associates from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on my computer, unless it is caused by severe negligence of Hoets and Associates or its agent. I understand that Hoets and Associates is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my computer. (It is your responsibility to backup your data) X_____ I certify that I am the expressed owner of the computer system described in this document. In the event that I am found not to be the true expressed owner of this computer system, I assume all liability for any claim made as the result of the technical support rendered by Hoets and Associates on this computer system, including those claims which assert negligence on the part of Hoets and Associates X_____ I understand that technical support rendered by Hoets and Associates may void manufacturer warranties for this computer system. Hoets and Associates does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided. X_____ I understand that Hoets and Associates gives a limited 3 month warranty on the work done and is limited to the work done. X_____ I expressly waive all claims against Hoets and Associates or any damages to this computer system or data that are incidental to the technical support rendered by Hoets and Associates. The liability of Hoets and Associates is strictly limited to those damages to this computer system or data that are due to negligence on the part of Hoets and Associates while technical support is being rendered. (In the case of accidental damage of data to your system or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, bad configured software, or hardware problems/failures. You the customer agree to NOT TO hold Hoets and Associates and any person(s) associated with Hoets and Associates or involved in the work being done for you ACCOUNTABLE for any damages resulting from such problems and loss.) Note that there is NO guarantee to repairs done to hinges or plastic welding on laptops, as these are general wear and tear items, and can get damaged again with constant opening and closing of the laptop lid. All these type of repairs are done at your own risk. We therefore CANNOT be held liable for any damages to these type of repairs. Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable and timely manner.
